Rotana Signs Launches with a Vision to Boost Saudi Arabia’s Position in the Advertising Sector with Investments Through Saudi Signs Media and Rotana Media Services (RMS) Alliance Exceeding 7 Billion Riyals

Riyadh, 30 September 2025: Rotana Signs, the new media and advertising arm of Rotana Holding, officially announced its launch in Saudi Arabia, setting new standards for the out-of-home (OOH) advertising sector through a combination of latest innovation and technology. The launch event, held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, was attended by more than 400 distinguished guests, including government officials, business leaders, and media executives. During the event, the company showcased its strategic vision and newest projects in partnership with its partners, reaffirming its role in reshaping the future of media in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
With investments exceeding 7 billion Saudi Riyals in new advertising assets, Rotana Signs has successfully secured more than 35% of the Kingdom’s OOH advertising market. These investments include exclusive contracts through the alliance between Saudi Signs Media and Rotana Media Services (RMS), such as a 10-year concession in Makkah city and the Eastern Province, along with exclusive strategic contracts in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Madinah Al-Monawara.
The company also revealed its future plans of operating new locations in Riyadh providing advertisers with a total of 18 iconic digital facades across the city located in prime high-traffic locations. These initiatives complement existing innovative formats, including digital towers of Kingdom Tower and Burj Rafal, as well as more than 2,000 digital screens installed inside the Riyadh Metro Carriages.
Highlighting its innovation-driven identity, the event featured two unique Avatar digital presenters that combined artificial intelligence with live performance. Guests also experienced a showcase of 3D models of flagship digital projects, including the Kingdom Tower, in addition to several booths bringing their product offering to life in an informative and engaging manner.

Although some projects have already been implemented, the vast majority of signed assets and innovations will be rolled out in the first quarter of 2026. This launch marks the beginning of a new era of scalable, data-driven, and intelligent media fully aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
