‘Balad Beast’ music festival kicked off yesterday with music concerts featuring top local, regional, and international music stars, as creative visual illustrations and fantastic light shows that illuminated old buildings in the historic Balad District in Jeddah
Hip-hop, rap, and R&B stars were shining all night long on the main stage, ‘Bab Square.’ Russ played some of his best tracks enjoyed by fans from Atlanta to Jeddah, while TY Dolla $ign sang a collection of his famous hits. He said in a statement to the media: “Our performance was incredible, and the crowd was incredible. Shoutout to everybody at Balad Beast for making this happen, and shoutout to everybody that came tonight”
On ‘Omda’ Square stage, electronic music lovers were treated to pure EMD joy as Cosmicat, Seth Troxler, Luciano, and other talented artists took the audience on an unforgettable musical ride. Over at ‘Roshan Square,’ the atmosphere was filled with joyful deep house beats, with Biirdperson, Dorar, and Sugary. Meanwhile, ‘Souq Square’ had the finest house and techno selections by DJ Dustin, Vinyl Mode, and Hats & Klaps
The first night at Balad Beast Festival ended in an unforgettable finale with an electrifying performance by Major Lazer Soundsystem, providing the perfect conclusion to an extraordinary evening
